Utilities are separate from rent. Residents are responsible for utility costs which are based on a flat rate depending on the floor plan.
The security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Ashton Brook Apartments, the application fee is $40 per applicant, and the administrative fee is $100 per household, both due at the time of application.
Yes, our community is exceptionally pet friendly! Both cats and dogs are welcome to call Ashton Brook home, with a two pet per household maximum. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is due at the time of move-in and monthly pet rent runs $20 for the first pet, or $35.00 for two pets. No weight restrictions, certain breed restrictions apply.
Ashton Brook Apartments is located within the Washington Township Community School District. Nearby schools include Nora Elementary School, Northview Middle School, Northview Junior High School, and North Central High School.
Residents of Ashton Brook Apartments are welcome to pay with the Resident App, Text-to-Pay, Walk in Payment Services (WIPS), Resident Portal and ACH Debit.
All parking spots are open to residents and their guests. Garages are available for an additional charge of $75 per month and carports are available for an additional $20 per month.
Yes, we do require renter's insurance at our community.
Our pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day daily from 10:00am 8:00pm. Our fitness center is available for residents to use anytime day or night.
