We understand that choosing a place to call home is a big decision. That's why
we want to offer some answers to the questions that renters frequently ask our
leasing teams.
Residents are responsible for internet, cable, water, sewer, trash, and electric costs which are based on personal usage.
The security deposit is due at move-in and is
refundable upon move-out. Additionally, Ashton Brook Apartments
participates in the SureDeposit bond program with different terms
for paying and refunding your security deposit.
Our application fee is a non-refundable $25.00. There is also a $50 reservation fee per apartment.
Yes, our community is exceptionally pet
friendly! Both cats and dogs are welcome to call Ashton Brook home,
with a two pet per household maximum. A $200 non-refundable pet fee
is due at the time of move-in and monthly pet rent runs $20 for the
first pet, or $35.00 for two pets. No weight restrictions, certain
breed restrictions apply.
Ashton Brook Apartments is located within the
Washington Township Community School District. Nearby schools
include Nora Elementary School, Northview Middle School, Northview
Junior High School, and North Central High School.
Monthly rental charges can be paid online
through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check,
Cashiers Check, or Money Order.
All parking spots are open to residents and
their guests. Garages are available for an additional charge of $75
per month and carports are available for an additional $20 per
month.
Yes, we do require renter's insurance at our
community.
Our pool is open from Memorial Day weekend
through Labor Day daily from 10:00am 8:00pm. Our fitness center is
available for residents to use anytime day or night.
Maintenance issues can easily be reported by using
the online Resident Services Portal, calling the office, or emailing the
office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call 317-270-6048.
