Ashton Brook is located in the heart of Nora and provides one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom townhomes. With its newly renovated apartment homes, this quiet community is located in the heart of Nora, just steps from the Monon Trail and minutes from I-465 and upscale shopping at the Fashion Mall. Our community offers a fitness center, laundry care center, bark park, play park and more! Our apartment homes feature granite countertops, new appliances, and washer/dryer hookups. Our community is pet friendly and welcomes your pets. This community is managed by the Gene B. Glick Company.

I've lived at this property for about 10 months.  I love it. My townhome got renovated new floors new appliances new countertops I love it. The office staff is wonderful Mayra and Renee are great. I've lived here since May 2015 and have really enjoyed it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests are always completed in a very timely manner, usually within 24-36 hours. A good bonus from living here is that gas, water, and sewage are all included in the rent, which is awesome in the winter since the heat is gas.

Ashton Brook has always kept up the grounds and my apartment in a superior manner. Ashton Brook staff have always been very helpful and respectful. To my knowledge Ashton Brook has a very deep commitment to safety and security, including monthly newsletter giving safety tips. During COVID 19 shut downs Ashton Brook office staff kept renters informed on safety and rules pertaining to distancing.
