I've lived at this property for about 10 months.  I love it. My townhome got renovated new floors new appliances new countertops I love it. The office staff is wonderful Mayra and Renee are great. The maintenance team is one of a kind they get things done right away !!! I would recommend this property to the fullest.  Be part of an amazing community schedule your tour at once.

I've lived here since May 2015 and have really enjoyed it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests are always completed in a very timely manner, usually within 24-36 hours. A good bonus from living here is that gas, water, and sewage are all included in the rent, which is awesome in the winter since the heat is gas.

Ashton Brook has always kept up the grounds and my apartment in a superior manner. Ashton Brook staff have always been very helpful and respectful. To my knowledge Ashton Brook has a very deep commitment to safety and security, including monthly newsletter giving safety tips. During COVID 19 shut downs Ashton Brook office staff kept renters informed on safety and rules pertaining to distancing. Ashton Brook are very well maintained, beautiful apartments. Very reasonably priced. Terrific staff. Great place to live. I loved living at Ashton Brook. Wish I didn’t need to move for job reasons. Ashton is among the best of the best!
