At Ashton Brook Apartments, gas, water & sewage are included in rent. Additionally, residents have access to our fitness center, swimming pool, volleyball court, and on-site laundry facilities.
At Ashton Brook Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Ashton Brook Apartments, the application fee is $35 per applicant and is non-refundable.
At Ashton Brook Apartments, residents are responsible for electric, internet, and cable.
Ashton Brook Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $20 a month for the 1st pet or $35 for two pets a month. Ashton Brook Apartments does not offer income-based housing.
Residents of Ashton Brook Apartments can pay their monthly rental charges online through PayLease (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order.
At Ashton Brook Apartments, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests. Additionally, garages are available for an additional charge of $75 per month and carports are available for an addtional $20 per month.
